Job Description:

At Expertware, design is more than just a stage in the development process - it’s a key component in delivering clear, functional, and sustainable solutions. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help shape the user interfaces of our applications and work closely with the Development team. Our projects range from educational applications and public administration solutions to customized software platforms for clients across Europe.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Translate functional requirements into wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes (Figma)
  • Collaborate closely with the Development team to ensure seamless integration of design into the development workflow
  • Contribute to a coherent, adaptable, and well-documented design system
  • Play an active role in refining user experience based on feedback and real usage contexts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX Design within a software development environment
  • A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design thinking and ability to build practical user interfaces
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, with hands-on experience in prototyping and hand-off for development
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, information architecture, and accessibility
  • Ability to adapt designs to technical and practical constraints, with a focus on clarity and functionality
  • Clear communication skills, efficient collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset
