We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong product sensibility, visual taste, and user-centered thinking to help design and evolve Mental’s web, mobile and VR products, starting with FoodStars and expanding across all upcoming courses. You will work closely with product managers, developers, game designers, and content teams to create interfaces that are Simple, Beautiful, Intuitive and Scalable across many learning products. This role sits at Lucid but directly supports Mental’s global platform and customers. This role is open immediately for the right candidate who is ready to make an impact.
Job Responsibility:
Design user experiences for Mental’s web, mobile and VR learning platform
Create UX flows for onboarding, learning journeys, dashboards, assessments, and certification
Design modern, clean, and accessible UI systems
Translate complex learning and regulatory flows into simple, intuitive experiences
Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries in Figma
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, Unity developers, and product managers
Prototype and test interactions before development
Improve UX based on real user data and feedback
Ensure consistency across multiple courses and platforms
Requirements:
3–5 years of professional UI/UX experience
Strong portfolio showing: Web and/or mobile products, UX thinking (flows, wireframes, journeys), Visual and interaction design
Excellent understanding of: User-centered design, Usability and accessibility, Modern UI patterns and trends
Ability to design for both enterprise users and frontline workers
Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and motion
Highly comfortable with: Figma (components, design systems, prototyping, collaboration), Wireframing & prototyping tools, Working with developers via design specs, tokens, and handoff tools
Nice to have:
Unity UI/UX experience
Experience designing for games, gamified products, or simulations
Experience in EdTech, LMS platforms, or training systems
Experience designing for touch devices and tablets
Understanding of data-driven UX improvements
Motion Graphics experience in After Effects and other software
Ability to use AI tools to streamline processes and tasks
