Atoms is looking for a UI/UX Designer to help make our online experience more intuitive and effective across every channel. You’ll focus on improving conversion, simplifying navigation, and creating pages that feel as thoughtful as our products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Audit our current website experience and identify conversion opportunities
  • Design landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows in Figma
  • Collaborate with the growth and engineering teams to implement and test changes
  • Create a design system that aligns with our brand and customer journey
  • Use analytics and feedback to refine your work continuously
  • Read customer's reviews and conduct customers interviews to find the best solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience in UI/UX design for DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, flow, and mobile-first design
  • A curious mind that cares about the “why” behind every click
  • Comfortable iterating fast and testing ideas in real time
