  • Own design work across web, SaaS, and mobile
  • Deliver complete design solutions from start to end

Requirements

  • Advanced Figma: master complex auto-layout, variants, tokens, advanced prototyping, constraints, shortcuts, and plugins
  • Advanced AI prompting across research, design, and delivery
  • Use AI to make full dashboard or page layouts from prompts, then polish them into final designs
  • Use AI to write first-draft design documents, heuristic checklists, and annotation notes
  • Design for conversions
  • Strong in secondary research and competitor analysis
  • Good with typography, color, iconography, and data visualization
  • Know the basics of accessibility (WCAG)
  • Have an adaptive mindset
