Job Description

Analyze requirements and understand user needs. Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Conduct research and usability testing to improve user experience. Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create high-fidelity mockups and maintain design systems. Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces. Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QC. Present design solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Support implementation and perform design reviews to ensure quality. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. Contribute ideas to enhance product usability and design processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
  • Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
  • Ability to translate requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing designs
  • Experience working with Graphic tools, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
  • Strong written and verbal communication English skills
  • UI/UX design portfolio to demonstrate the capabilities

Nice to have

  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve design productivity and workflows is preferred
