UI/UX Designer (Entry Level) Job at Musemind (Dhaka)

Job Responsibility

Make wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. A Senior Designer will guide you.
Work closely with PMs and Senior Designers. Share your progress often. Ask questions when something is not clear
Use the design system and layouts made by the Senior Designer. Add to them when the project needs it.
Handle one project at a time, with help from a Senior Designer
Take part in design reviews. Do not just watch. Share small ideas and learn to give helpful feedback.
Help write design documents. Take clear and correct notes for the Senior Designer
Join team meetings and daily standups. Post your daily update in the Slack channel. Keep your own task list.
Start to solve user problems with little help. Learn to think about the user, not just the screen.

Figma (intermediate): build and manage components, use styles, make prototypes, and use variable tokens and auto-layout.
Use AI to help with layouts, content, icons, design feedback, and competitor research.
Good sense of color, fonts, type, and grids. You can explain why you chose them.
Use the design system the right way. You can explain why each part is used.
Know the basics of accessibility (WCAG). Use good contrast, easy-to-read fonts, and flexible layouts
Write clear AI prompts with a role, context, and rules to get better results.
Have an adaptive mindset. Be ready to learn new tools and platforms quickly. Push yourself to grow. This is very important. A habit of learning from books is a plus.
