Requirements
Figma (intermediate): build and manage components, use styles, make prototypes, and use variable tokens and auto-layout.
Use AI to help with layouts, content, icons, design feedback, and competitor research.
Good sense of color, fonts, type, and grids. You can explain why you chose them.
Use the design system the right way. You can explain why each part is used.
Know the basics of accessibility (WCAG). Use good contrast, easy-to-read fonts, and flexible layouts
Write clear AI prompts with a role, context, and rules to get better results.
Have an adaptive mindset. Be ready to learn new tools and platforms quickly. Push yourself to grow. This is very important. A habit of learning from books is a plus.
