Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support a digital commerce transformation initiative within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will bridge business, technical, and customer experience teams to create intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences across B2B eCommerce and self-service platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Design intuitive, user-focused B2B digital commerce experiences
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into effective UX solutions
  • Conduct UX research, validation, and usability testing
  • Develop customer personas, journey maps, and user flows
  • Design responsive user interfaces and interactive prototypes
  • Improve information architecture, navigation, and overall usability
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and modern UX best practices
  • Support digital commerce initiatives involving product configuration and visualization

Requirements

  • Strong UI/UX design experience within digital commerce environments
  • Experience designing B2B customer experiences
  • Experience with Sana Commerce or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Experience with Expivi or other product configuration/visualization platforms
  • UX research, usability testing, and user validation
  • Information architecture and navigation design
  • Interaction design and visual design
  • Responsive UI design for desktop and mobile
  • Customer personas and journey mapping
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Customer self-service portal experience
  • Experience working alongside ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
