Job Description:

You’ll work on platform enables traders to operate a lot of simultaneous web applications across multi-monitor setups with real-time financial data. Iteration cycles: Sprint-based delivery. Collaborative design sessions every week with the team and end users (portfolio managers). Validation with clickable prototype then final handoff. Figma Enterprise. Hybrid work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Closely collaborate with research team, 2 more designers, product owner and engineers
  • Transform specifications and user requirements into high-fidelity Figma designs with proper variable mapping and component architecture
  • Work within existing design system infrastructure with full variable/theming support
  • Collaborate directly with portfolio managers (end users), create fast concepts, clickable prototypes to iterate and refine design solutions
  • Design complex financial trading interfaces and dashboards for multi-monitor setups (9+ screens)
  • Execute design-to-development handoffs for React/TypeScript implementation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (≈5+ years) as a UX/UI Designer
  • Experience designing enterprise-grade financial or data-intensive applications
  • Expert-level Figma proficiency - ability to rapidly move from blank canvas to interactive prototype
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and user testing
  • Strong understanding of component-based design systems and variable architecture
  • Comfort working with demanding, high-stakes requirements from VIP users
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English level is upper intermediate and higher
  • Strong team player
  • Service delivery mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Figma Make (or another tool set) for rapid prototyping
