Job Responsibility:

Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to convey design ideas effectively
Collaborate with the design team to conduct user research and usability testing
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
Help refine and improve existing designs based on feedback and usability studies
Contribute to the design and development of user flows, journey maps, and personas
Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and suggest innovative solutions
Organize and maintain design assets, including style guides, templates, and components
Support the team in presenting design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve user experiences
Assist in analyzing user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Familiarity with prototyping tools and processes
Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and best practices
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills
