Support the exploration and design of end-to-end digital experiences across IKEA omnichannel touchpoints, including online and in-store services
Participate in user research and in-store observations to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities across user journeys
Create UX/UI design deliverables such as flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts, and support rapid iteration and testing with cross-functional teams
Contribute to mapping and improving user journeys across complex service ecosystems
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and store stakeholders to align on design direction and execution
Requirements:
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to produce standard design deliverables
Familiarity with digital product design processes and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
Curiosity about in-store experience and service design, with ability to translate observations into design insights across user journeys
Interest in AI tools with hands-on exploration experience and ability to prototype AI-assisted workflows is a plus
Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset in cross-functional collaboration
