Create, build, and refine high-impact branding materials
Design research-oriented graphics for one-pagers, social media posters, marketing collateral, and client presentations
Support website facelift and modernization projects
Maintain consistent, compelling visual storytelling across all digital assets
Design and prototype user-friendly web and mobile interfaces aligned with RADcube’s digital strategy
Conduct UX research (user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis) to improve usability and accessibility
Develop wireframes, user journeys, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
Identify pain points and enhance end-to-end workflows for seamless UX
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for cohesive execution
Build and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and refine designs
Stay updated on modern design trends, accessibility, and emerging technologies

1–3 years of UI/UX and/or graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
Experience in branding, visual design, and producing marketing assets
UX research skills: usability tests, personas, A/B testing, surveys
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
Familiarity with interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion graphics (a plus)
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts (preferred)
Clear communication, strong problem-solving, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.) for research, ideation, design variations, and rapid prototyping
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into design workflows for faster delivery, better concepts, and improved productivity
Proactively conducts design research using AI to explore trends, analyze competitors, and generate innovative concepts
