Job Description:

The UI Screens Tech is primarily responsible for taking screenshots and on-device video captures that will ultimately end up in our marketing materials or used as reference for our animation department. You will also assist in setting up and maintaining a secure lab which houses all the devices needed to facilitate the production of content use in marketing materials.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining a secure lab which houses all devices needed for content production
  • Ensure all devices are up to date with the latest software builds
  • Support the day-to-day device needs of the WW Screen Production and broader Marcom creatives teams
  • Support the day-to-day device needs of Geo CPM teams in-geo and throughout Workshop sessions
  • Setup and maintain a secure lab for housing devices and facilitating usage
  • Provide technical support to creative and production teams
  • Pickup and distribute equipment across offices in the Bay Area

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of supporting production teams in some sort of technical capacity
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and can quickly diagnose and solve technical problems on-site or remotely
  • Basic understanding of video production and animation
  • Experience with current video capturing practices and technologies as it relates to video production
  • Experience in tracking, managing and maintaining an ecosystem of devices
  • Strong problem solver with a demonstrated track record for delivering operational support to a board range of creative and production teams
  • Strong collaborator and communicator capable of working in a highly cross-functional environment
  • Deeply organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with localization is a plus
