Lead end-to-end Home Care innovation projects for Unilever International across global markets, driving Type 3 and Type 4 New Product Development (NPD) and transition projects. This role ensures timely delivery of innovations by managing cross-functional networks, aligning stakeholders, and executing all technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end innovation projects for Home Care, including all Type 3 and Type 4 NPD initiatives globally
Drive transition projects involving factory changes or product modifications to meet business requirements
Own the full project lifecycle from BOSCARD and business case approval to product launch
Set up and lead network meetings with sourcing units and cross-functional teams
Ensure timely completion of tasks including code creation, artwork development, packaging specification finalization, and formulation lock
Collaborate with Marketing for artworks, R&D Packaging for specs, and R&D Formulation for product development
Work with Procurement to finalize transfer prices and ensure system readiness
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Development to secure orders and manage production and shipment
Ensure all projects meet market-specific compliance requirements (e.g., E-REACH for Europe, K-REACH for Korea)
Engage and onboard key stakeholders across functions and geographies
Facilitate quick decision-making and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Understand end-to-end business implications of innovation projects
Monitor financial impact and ensure cost targets are met
Requirements:
Experience of working in a manufacturing plant
Technical degree
MBA preferred
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
Business acumen with understanding of financials and cost structures
Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a dynamic environment
Technical understanding of Home Care formulations, packaging, and regulatory requirements
