Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with 2–3 years of experience building responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and jQuery
  • Translate design mockups into clean, maintainable, and cross-browser-compatible code
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
  • Manage tasks and bugs in Jira
  • maintain project documentation in Confluence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate progress
  • Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment and post-deployment testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues and ensure consistent experience across devices and browsers
  • Stay current with front-end trends and contribute ideas to improve team processes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), SCSS/SASS
  • Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for responsive layouts
  • Working knowledge of jQuery for DOM manipulation and interactivity
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and basic CI/CD workflows
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility
  • Ability to integrate front-end with RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for task and project management
  • Strong accountability — takes ownership and delivers on commitments
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across design, dev, and stakeholder teams
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and a quality-first mindset
  • Exposure to Figma or similar design handoff tools is a plus
  • 2–3 years of professional UI/front-end development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating responsive UI and interface work
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
