Job Responsibility

  • Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, visual exploration, prototyping, content generation, and overall product creation workflows
  • Work within and help evolve scalable design systems that support faster product development and AI-assisted implementation
  • Design fluidly across platforms, including mobile, web, and emerging AI-powered experiences

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience with a strong focus on high-end UI craft and modern digital experiences
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools within the design and development process
  • Strong Figma expertise, with the ability to work quickly and iteratively in collaborative, AI-driven environments
  • Experience working within and evolving scalable design systems
  • Exceptional visual design sensibility with a sharp eye for typography, motion, layout, and interaction design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence cross-functional teams
  • Curious and adaptable mindset, excited by rapid experimentation and evolving creative workflows
