Job Description:

Are you a creative and experienced UI Designer passionate about building enterprise products? We are seeking a UI Designer for a leading Canadian organization. You will join the Enterprise Design (EUX) team to drive the visual design of a brand-new enterprise product. Your mission will be to create user interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive, functional, and enjoyable to use for complex business applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate concepts and requirements into visual mockups, prototypes, and UI design systems for an enterprise product
  • Ensure the creation of visually appealing, modern, and highly usable interfaces
  • Rigorously apply usability and user-centered design principles
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and development teams to ensure a unified vision
  • Maintain and evolve component libraries and style guides, primarily in Figma

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating the creation of interfaces for business applications
  • Expert-level mastery of modern design tools, especially Figma (or Sketch, Axure, etc.)
  • Strong expertise in usability, user-centered design principles, and visual design
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

  • Experience with UX research tools (e.g., usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop)
  • Experience with AI-powered creation tools (e.g., Figma Make)
