To strengthen our HMI and design activities, we are looking for a UI Designer to contribute to the development of digital interfaces for complex systems. The role focuses on the creation of scalable and consistent user interfaces, supporting the evolution of design systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality visual experiences.
Job Responsibility
Design and develop 2D user interfaces for digital products and interactive systems
Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems
Structure and manage components, variables, and design libraries within Figma
Collaborate with UX designers to translate interaction concepts into effective visual solutions
Support developers during implementation phases to ensure design consistency
Contribute to UI specifications, documentation, and project deliverables
Participate in design reviews and iterative development activities
Requirements
Degree in UI Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields
Strong experience with Figma, including components, variants, variables, and design libraries
Good understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and color systems
Experience working with design systems and scalable UI architectures
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Nice to have
Experience or interest in HMI systems and interface design for complex environments
Familiarity with mobility, automotive, or technology-driven projects
Basic understanding of interaction design and user-centered design principles
Experience collaborating with development teams and design handoff processes
Sensitivity to motion, transitions, and interactive behaviors within interfaces
