Job Description:

This position involves supporting the launch of several websites as a UI designer by delivering high-fidelity visual designs, adhering to brand guidelines, collaborating with team members, and ensuring accessibility standards are met. Work primarily involves using tools like Figma and After Effects.

Job Responsibility:

Build out component systems and translate them into full-color, production-ready UI designs
Support the launch of several new websites, including an educational hub project
Collaborate with the Art Director and Editor

Requirements:

Work within the existing brand framework, adapting to company’s system as needed
Create emotionally resonant visuals that align with both strategy and brand
Use Figma to craft design systems, states, and interactions
Occasionally storyboard micro-animations in After Effects
Ensure all designs meet ADA/WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
Deliver final, developer-ready design system work to the front-end team
