As a UI Designer / Design Systems Expert, you shape high-quality, scalable user interfaces that empower teams to build consistently and efficiently across digital platforms. You excel in visual design, component-based thinking, and turning complex systems into clear, usable design frameworks.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Figma or similar tools (design systems, components, libraries, tokens)
  • Strong visual design fundamentals
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and how UI connects to frontend development
  • Accessibility & design guidelines knowledge
  • Interest or experience in AI-assisted UI workflows
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Languages: Dutch and English
  • Problem solver with high attention to detail
  • Consultancy mindset & strong stakeholder management
  • Able to embed within client teams and support adoption
