Job Responsibility

  • Conception and development of new brand designs in a digital context
  • Design and evolution of digital touchpoints to create a holistic brand experience
  • Creation of visually compelling and user-centered design concepts that are both aesthetic and functional
  • Development of brand elements such as logo, typography, colors, icons and visual language as part of a design system
  • Conception, design and creation of UI assets, documentation and libraries
  • Collaboration with UX designers, developers and other creative teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technology
  • Participation in creative brainstorming sessions and contribution to the development of design strategies
  • A strong sense for and genuine interest in digital trends and tools to craft unseen, innovative brands
  • Creation of and participation in client presentations
  • Efficient and self-directed management of sub-projects
  • Support in the creation of presentations and independent preparation and execution of projects, including in a team setting
  • Close collaboration with the team to develop creative and innovative solutions

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in digital design, ideally with a focus on UI design and brand design
  • Completed degree in graphic design, communication design or a comparable qualification
  • Solid proficiency in common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • Experience in UI/UX design and a strong understanding of design principles in the digital space
  • You bring creativity and a sharp eye for detail, combined with a structured working style
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g. After Effects or similar tools) is a plus
