Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI Architect to lead the design and development of scalable front-end architecture and integration with microservices-based backends. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in React and Node.js or Python, combined with proven experience in system design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead UI architecture design for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications
  • Drive end-to-end system design including front-end and integration with backend microservices
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define architecture and implementation roadmap
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
  • Define coding standards, best practices, and enforce quality through code reviews
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
  • Own technical decisions and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development with architectural responsibilities
  • Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
  • Solid backend development experience in Node.js or Python
  • Experience in designing and integrating with Microservices and REST APIs
  • Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker), CI/CD workflows, and Git

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
