Job Description:

A full-time remote role focused on producing UGC videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and supporting content across LinkedIn and a weekly email newsletter (30,000+ readers).

Job Responsibility:

Create UGC-style short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Edit videos using modern, high-retention hooks, captions, cuts, and pacing
Produce social media content such as LinkedIn posts, captions, and Instagram carousels
Write blog articles on influencer marketing, creator trends, and case studies
Contribute to our weekly newsletter (structure ideas, intro hooks, trending topics)
Stay up to date with creator economy trends and adapt our content to what’s performing
Repurpose video content into multiple formats (carousels, text posts, scripts)

Requirements:

Strong video editing skills (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
Ability to create UGC-style content (with or without being on camera)
Excellent English writing (C1+)
Experience creating content for brands is a big plus
Ability to produce 5–10 videos/week consistently
Canva or equivalent design skills for basic visuals
Autonomous, organized, creative, and trend-aware
2+ years in content creation, social media, or similar roles
