You’ll run 6-7 UGC campaigns across our client base, owning UGC campaign and install growth outcomes. You’re the person accountable for whether a campaign delivers or doesn’t. Responsibilities include content research, briefs, creator team decisions, constant weekly performance and KPI analysis, campaign iterations, and client reporting. You’re accountable for what content gets made, who’s creating it, how campaigns evolve based on data, and how we communicate results to clients. You’ll work closely with a Creator Operations Manager who supports daily creator communications, content QA, and posting compliance. We have initial processes in place. You’ll work directly with our CEO and COO to pressure-test, improve, and scale them as we grow. This is an early hire into a core function, so the ability to build and iterate while delivering for live clients matters as much as raw content strategy talent.
Job Responsibility:
Lead content strategy across 6-7 UGC campaigns including niche research and content briefs (twice weekly per campaign)
Manage creator rosters end-to-end focusing on sourcing decisions, quality assessment, performance evaluation, and difficult conversations
Analyse campaign performance data and adapt strategy in real time, focusing on conversion and revenue metrics
Deliver strategic reporting to clients with clear narratives on performance and changes to build client confidence
Build and scale repeatable processes and frameworks alongside leadership as the campaign function grows
Requirements:
Hungry to build and scale a company as a key early hire
Fast learner with low ego
Comfortable having difficult conversations, including cutting creators and pushing back on clients
Managed UGC or influencer campaigns before, with a deep understanding of viral content and social media algorithms
Proven track record of producing viral content
Experience in consumer product marketing and growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
