Job Description:

UFS North America is entering a multi-year AI-driven transformation that will redefine how we attract, engage, convert, and retain operators across the omni-channel ecosystem. To accelerate this journey, we are seeking a NAM AI Transformation Project Manager to lead the orchestration, governance, and execution of all AI-enabled initiatives in the region. This role acts as the bridge between Global AI Transformation team and the North America business, ensuring that global platforms & capabilities are translated into market-ready products, workflows, and outcomes, and market practices are also reflected in global designs. You will own the North America AI roadmap, coordinate multi-stakeholder alignment (Sales, Marketing, Culinary, IT, Data, Global Product Teams), manage budgets & timelines, and ensure AI initiatives are delivered OTIF, with measurable business impact. This is a highly strategic, architectural, and cross-functional role—ideal for someone who can think systemically, communicate crisply, and drive execution in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate global AI vision into a North America AI activation roadmap across Intelligent Marketing, ABM, lead management, chef engagement, sales enablement and loyalty
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical readiness, and operator impact
  • Build and maintain the AI capability roadmap spanning data layer, agentic layer, application layer and experience layer
  • Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, and decision-making mechanisms to ensure timely delivery
  • Create project plans, risk logs, dependency maps, and budget tracking for all AI-related programs
  • Ensure OTIF delivery across global product squads, local digital teams, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Global AI Product Teams and North America business units
  • Drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Culinary, IT, Data, and Operations to ensure AI models and workflows reflect real operator needs
  • Manage communication plans, training plans, and change readiness across all functions
  • Translate global capabilities (AI agents, intent scoring, personalization engines, loyalty automation, ABM orchestration) into North America market use cases
  • Lead pilot design, MVP scoping, UAT, and rollout for AI features
  • Define adoption KPIs and ensure new AI workflows are embedded into daily operations
  • Coordinate with Local and Global Tech to ensure proper integration of CDP, CRM, Marketo Journeys, AI Agents, AEM Personalization, Signal Based Lead Management etc
  • Support data quality, identity resolution, and Golden Profile governance requirements
  • Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to track AI impact on acquisition → engagement → qualification → conversion → retention → LTV
  • Conduct retrospective reviews and embed learnings into future releases
  • Continuously identify new AI opportunities that unlock growth or efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
  • 5–10 years in digital/AI transformation, program management, CRM projects, or commercial systems implementation
  • Experience in large-scale cross-functional program delivery
  • Background in Salesforce & Adobe ecosystem strongly preferred (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketo, AEM, Experience Manager)
  • Exceptional project orchestration skills—able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled commercial models (marketing intelligence, lead management, ABM, corporate intelligent agents)
  • Familiarity with data platforms, CDPs, CRM, marketing automation, and integration concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with KPI design, dashboards, and business impact measurement
