Job Responsibility:

  • Attract Operators (UFS consumers) by creating and delivering high‑value content and experiences tailored to their needs. Build meaningful connections, solve their challenges, and extract insights to improve the end-to-end Operator experience and fuel growth strategies
  • Generate and nurture leads through impactful content and targeted experiences that convert into high‑quality business opportunities
  • Lead and develop a team of 6 Coordinators, fostering capability growth and execution excellence

Requirements:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute a content marketing strategy that drives growth and customer delight
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales/marketing funnels, operator lifecycle, and automated marketing journeys
  • Operator Centricity: Deep understanding of operator buying journeys and the ability to guide decisions through a consumer-first lens
  • Content Creation: Creative and persuasive storytelling across multiple digital channels
  • Performance Measurement: Experience analyzing online and offline performance metrics
  • Project & Process Management: Strong organizational and executional discipline
