Unilever is currently hiring for UFS Customer Executive- Eskisehir! As part of our Out of Home Business, we are looking for a Customer Executive to join our Customer Development department in Eskisehir. The purpose of the role is to develop and execute customer strategy and customer business plans within the AFH (Away From Home) Channel while managing the growth and profitability agenda.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop relationships with customers
Develop, implement, and optimize customer strategy
Agree on mutual customer business plans to achieve business targets in Modern Trade
Deliver, track, and review the plan
Provide customer and channel insights
Manage the customer P&L for relevant categories
Negotiate commercial terms and trade investments
Manage customer operations
Work closely with category managers for category inputs and with customer marketing for banner/channel plans
Ensure effective use of trade spending with customers
Maintain and track Perfect Store execution KPIs
Evaluate the execution of promotions and product placement activities
Contribute to the S&OP process, including forecasting
Work closely with Customer Service to enhance performance
Maximize opportunities within the customer/region by tracking customer contribution and market share
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Development (Sales)
