We are looking for Area Sales Manager role responsibility of topline target (achieve sales target) , to lead sales team, to expand distributors/operator’s coverage, to penetrate resilience SKUs focusing on assigned channels and cities.
Job Responsibility:
Sell out achievement vs. targets professional UFS selling skill & Chefmanship solution selling
Lead distributor and CD/DSR team to execute trade & brand Marketing activities
Analyze business intelligence and sales trends to identify opportunities by regularly reviewing sales data and preparing reports for management
Coaching and motivating CD team to reach our standard of working
Proactively build up strong relationships with key customers and channels by high quality services and solutions
Co-ordinate with internal team from BE, Channel development, Chef Executive & Marketing to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth
Implement other activities as directed by Line Manager
Compliance with Unilever Code of Business Principles and Safety Standard
Requirements:
Diploma holder and above
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 3 years background in leading teams
Possess knowledge and experience in Foodservice industry preferred
Good computer skill with office software, especially excel and powder point
Good command of spoken and written English Selling Skills, Presentation Skills & Negotiation Skills
Good presentation, planning and organizing skills
Able to work in multi-cultural environment and well understanding
