Job Responsibility

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / ECE Engineering
Hands-on experience in flying drones (manual and autonomous modes)
Good understanding of UAV technologies—flight controllers, telemetry, sensors, and radio communication

Job Responsibility

Operate and fly multirotor and fixed-wing drones safely for field operations
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring airworthiness and system readiness
Troubleshoot issues related to flight controllers, ESCs, motors, GPS modules, batteries, and other UAV components
Assist in the integration and testing of payloads, sensors, communication modules, etc.
Maintain detailed flight logs, maintenance records, and mission reports
Conduct calibration of IMU, compass, GPS, and other onboard systems
Support engineering teams in R&D activities, prototype testing, and performance evaluations
Follow DGCA or internal guidelines for safety and operational protocols
Provide technical support to customers or internal teams during demonstrations
Ensure proper battery management, charging cycles, and power system health monitoring
