The AML Intermediate Analyst is responsible for performing risk and compliance reviews in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. This includes conducting investigations, documenting findings, and advising senior management on next steps. Additional responsibilities include preparing and executing testing strategies, coordinating testers, and ensuring adherence to AML regulations and best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct investigations and research on potentially suspicious clients using various internal and external systems and databases
Conduct Cross Sector reviews among multiple Citi business lines
Document and report the review/investigation findings and prepare case files with the required supporting documentation
Summarize, in writing, clear and concise findings of the investigation
Advise senior management on next steps and provide recommendations on the next course of action
Manage risk by analyzing the root cause of issues and impact to business
Prepare testing strategy and test plan, estimation of necessary resources to perform UAT testing
Design, prepare and execute testing plan and testing calendar
Train and advise new testers and support to all Team Members
Coordinate and support during full cycle of testing project
Raise, review and manage defects discovered during UAT
