We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead to provide end-to-end leadership for User Acceptance Testing activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles aligned with release timelines while ensuring quality, transparency, and timely delivery. This role requires strong coordination, test management, and reporting skills to effectively drive UAT readiness and execution in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide overall vendor leadership for the UAT team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of testing activities
Collaborate with Truist stakeholders to prioritize UAT efforts based on release schedules and business needs
Oversee comprehensive UAT test planning, ensuring test readiness, execution tracking, and adherence to quality standards
Deliver clear and actionable status updates on UAT progress, risks, issues, and defect resolution
Produce and maintain testing metrics, dashboards, and performance reports for UAT activities and team output
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–10 years of experience in software testing, UAT coordination, or QA leadership roles
Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes, defect lifecycle management, and release management
Demonstrated experience leading vendor teams or distributed testing teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, qTest)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities against tight release schedules
Nice to have:
Experience working in banking or financial services environments
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
Exposure to UAT automation, metrics dashboards, or testing analytics tools
Understanding of enterprise-level release management and governance processes
