We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead/Coordinator to support large-scale enterprise initiatives by leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. This role is part of the Test Management Organization and is responsible for ensuring business requirements are validated through comprehensive UAT planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail technology environments, including Omni-Channel, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and enterprise integrations, along with proven leadership in managing UAT efforts across cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for large enterprise programs
Develop and maintain UAT plans, schedules, test scenarios, and execution strategies
Ensure UAT scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and achieved
Coordinate test execution activities and monitor progress against project milestones
Validate business requirements and ensure production readiness
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and vendors throughout the UAT lifecycle
Support onboarding, training, and coordination of UAT testers and business participants
Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful test execution
Provide regular status updates and communicate risks, issues, and progress to leadership
Oversee defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and resolution activities
Coordinate retesting efforts and validate defect fixes
Escalate critical issues, blockers, and risks to appropriate stakeholders
Ensure timely resolution of defects to maintain project timelines
Produce clear and concise UAT status reports and testing metrics
Ensure all UAT deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain high-quality testing standards and attention to detail
Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Requirements
6–12 years of experience supporting retail technology initiatives with demonstrated UAT leadership experience
Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing for complex enterprise systems and integrations
Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
Experience working within onshore/offshore delivery models

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
