Job Description:

Citi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced UAT Senior Tester to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in safeguarding the financial system. You'll lead and execute user acceptance testing for cutting-edge AML applications and systems, ensuring they meet rigorous business requirements and effectively mitigate risks. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to continuous improvement in our testing processes, utilizing methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and execute user acceptance testing for cutting-edge AML applications and systems
Coordinate a team of testers, overseeing all aspects of UAT, from planning and execution to defect management and reporting
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive UAT test cases, leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance coverage and efficiency
Identify, document, and track defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending solutions
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders, guiding and mentoring junior team members
Identify opportunities to optimize UAT processes and contribute to our ongoing evolution
Provide guidance on AML systems, solutions, typologies, risks, and industry best practices

Requirements:

5-8 years of testing experience
Minimum of 3 years specifically in AML
Deep understanding of AML applications, procedures, typologies, and best practices
Proficiency in testing tools like Jira, MicroFocus ALM, and Zephyr
Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SAFe knowledge is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Generative AI tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A proactive and results-oriented mindset
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Minimum English language proficiency equivalent to B2 level (CEFR)

Nice to have:

Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
Knowledge of big data platforms and related technologies
ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced level)
