An offer entitled Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Programme Plateau Assistant (h/f) has just been opened within Airbus Helicopters at its Aix-Les-Milles site. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic personal assistant with a positive mindset to join the teams in charge of the UAS Programme activities. On one side, the position will consist of assisting the Head of UAS Programme and his direct reports with administrative, logistics, planning and organization tasks. The position will as well consist in supporting the UAS plateau members in some of their administrative, logistics, planning and organizational tasks. Finally, the UAS programme assistant will support the management of the Aix-Les-Milles site from a logistic and administrative standpoint.
Job Responsibility:
Support to the Head of UAS Programme: Agenda management including the organization of programme and team routines
Organization of business trips (booking, changes management, expense claims…)
Administrative support (signature process, coordination of IT support, procurement…)
Cascading of communication from the Group or the management
Organization of customers and suppliers meetings
Organization of plateau events
Support to the UAS team: Organization of business trips
Administrative support
Organization of customers and suppliers meetings
Aix-Les-Milles site facility management
Occasionally assist the UAS Plateau members with administrative and organizational tasks
Be an ambassador of team well-being and culture
Promote initiatives to reduce environmental footprint (reduction of printing, plastic, waste)
Requirements:
