Job Responsibility

Administer, configure, and maintain all Tyler Munis ERP modules
Manage system updates, patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Tyler Technologies as needed
Maintain user roles, permissions, security settings, and workflow configurations
Oversee data integrity, system logs, and scheduled jobs
Perform routine system health checks, database maintenance tasks, and application monitoring
Support integrations between Munis and other City systems (e.g., HRIS, financial systems, document management)
Assist with report development using tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL, SSRS, or Munis reporting utilities
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for ERP systems
Document system configurations, procedures, and technical workflows
