Tyler Munis Consultant

• Lead or assist in the setup, installation, configuration, and deployment of Tyler Munis ERP systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to analyze business requirements and map them to Tyler Munis functionality
• Customize Tyler Munis modules to align with client workflows and business needs, including financials, payroll, utility billing, and other modules
• Optimize system settings and processes to enhance efficiency and maximize the software’s capabilities
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality implementation and functional accuracy
• Identify and resolve technical and functional issues during and post-implementation
• Provide end-user training, support, and resources to ensure successful adoption of the Tyler Munis platform
• Create clear, comprehensive documentation outlining system configurations, processes, and updates
• Work closely with client project teams, including IT staff, to manage deliverables and timelines
• Provide recommendations to improve workflows and business functions using Tyler Munis software

• Proven experience working with Tyler Munis ERP software (implementation, configuration, training, and/or support)
• Knowledge of Tyler Munis modules such as finance, payroll, procurement, utility billing, or others
• Proficiency with SQL and experience in database management and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in Tyler Munis ERP or related platforms preferred
