We are currently looking for an energetic, hard-working Twin Bag In-Process Checker/MH to work full-time permanent on our Midnight shift (Monday to Friday 7:00h- 15:00h EST) at our Alliston facility.
Job Responsibility:
Visual Inspection of IV bag assembly
Filling IV solution in various bag sizes
placing bags into protective over-wrap
loading bags onto sterilizer trays
MH duties: Replenish stock for T-Line assembly, refill hoppers and tables as needed
Lift/carry totes from stands to pump truck or cart (19lbs – 88lbs)
Supply the line with materials needed
Assist with equipment setup
Record Keeper / In-process checker duties: Shop Floor, Time & Attendance, Batch Control
Complete all necessary paperwork and maintaining records of absenteeism, hours and vacation for the department
Schedule batch changes
Perform in-process checks and related functions
Complete required tasks on the following computer systems: BMTS, EBR & Kronos
Move trucks after screening and replace with empty trucks
Perform Filling duties as assigned
Learn, understand and apply thorough quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur
Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
Requirements:
Successful completion of High School diploma or GED required (Proof will be requested)

Experience doing repetitive tasks
