We are seeking SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Mentor Tutors in Leicester who value confidence as much as curriculum. The Role: This isn't just about tutoring; it's about mentorship. You'll build trust and spark confidence in young people who have disengaged from mainstream education. The Students: You'll be a champion for looked-after children and disengaged young people, helping them navigate their educational journey through empathy and emotional intelligence. Engagement First: Your key responsibility is to deliver engaging sessions that cater to the student's emotional well-being first, ensuring they feel safe to learn. The Pay: £30 - £35 per hour (dependant on experience). Weekly context: Whether you want a light 5-hour week (£150-£175) to keep your skills sharp or a busy 33-hour week (£990-£1,155), the choice is yours.
