Job Description

As a Turndown Attendant, you play a key role in preparing guest rooms for the evening. Your focus is on presentation, comfort, and atmosphere, ensuring each room feels welcoming, restful, and impeccably finished for the night ahead. Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will contribute to a calm and seamless guest experience during evening operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean and service guest rooms to the highest Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities
  • Carry out evening turndown service in guest rooms to Four Seasons standards
  • Refresh beds, lighting, curtains, amenities, and room presentation
  • Replenish towels, water, and guest amenities as required
  • Maintain privacy, discretion, and professionalism when interacting with guests
  • Report maintenance issues or lost property accurately and promptly
  • Keep housekeeping areas and trolleys clean and organised
  • Work collaboratively with Housekeeping colleagues and other hotel departments
  • Uphold Four Seasons values and service excellence at all times

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided
  • Pride in attention to detail and personal standards
  • A positive, reliable, and service focused attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a rota including weekends and public holidays
  • Right to Work in the UK
