Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Physically active role involving cleaning, lifting, arranging, and following standards to uphold Ritz-Carlton's reputation in luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining hotel appearance and cleanliness
adhering to Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace

maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
