Job Responsibility

  • Prepares the guest room for turndown service
  • Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones
  • Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom
  • Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
  • Removes Room Service trays and dishes and carts to service landings
  • Replaces used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from Minibar with clean china, glasses and cutlery
  • Removes garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom
  • Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed
  • Submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to Engineering department
  • Adds special touches to guestrooms to enhance guest experience
  • Restocks used amenities
  • Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
  • Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Assists with responsibilities in areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant

Requirements

  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
