Job Description:

Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Housekeeping Team. The Turndown Attendant is responsible for creating a comfortable evening experience in our Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards
  • Inspect all rooms checking standard of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies
  • Remove used towels and replace with clean ones
  • Wipe down any wet services in the bathroom
  • Fold any clothing left in room and place in appropriate spot
  • Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
  • Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly and prepare bed
  • Restock used amenities
  • Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
  • Report rooms that do not require service or have Privacy signs
  • Carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by manager
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and hotel employees

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
