Job Description

Are you passionate about creating special moments through attention to detail? As a Turndown Attendant at our luxury resort, you will play a key role in delivering a relaxing and welcoming experience at the end of the day. You will prepare guest rooms with care for the night, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged so guests feel comfortable and pampered.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform turndown service in assigned rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation
  • Prepare the room for the evening (open beds, adjust lighting and curtains, refresh amenities, etc.) to create a cozy atmosphere
  • Refresh and maintain bathrooms and guest areas to impeccable standards
  • Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to hotel standards
  • Respond to guest requests promptly, professionally, and with discretion
  • Report maintenance issues or technical concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow all cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures and standards
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering flawless service
  • Ideally, previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably within hotels or similar environments
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage time efficiently
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to guest service
  • Basic English knowledge is an asset
  • additional languages are a plus
  • Valid work permit for Spain
