Turndown Attendant

• Will have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift
• Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
• Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom
• Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
• Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
• Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed
• Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Guestroom Attendant and House Attendant
• Uphold maintenance and safety standards
• Perform daily opening and closing cleaning procedures
• Ensure housekeeping carts/linen closets are stocked to par
• Communicate customer requests or preferences to management

• High school education or equivalent experience
• At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization
• Must be able to speak/read/write English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests
• Must be able to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays
• Previous Housekeeping/cleaning experience in a hotel is preferred
