Working within our friendly and professional Housekeeping team, this role is about more than preparing rooms - it's about creating a memorable and restful guest experience. As a Turndown Attendant, you will prepare guest rooms for the evening, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and refined environment. You will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and ensure all spaces meet our high standards. You will take pride in your work and contribute to an environment that enhances every guest's stay.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare guest rooms for evening service, including turndown of beds and room presentation
Refresh linens and terry items, ensuring comfort and adherence to presentation standards
Replenish guest amenities and supplies in accordance with hotel standards
Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned public areas to brand standards
Ensure bathrooms are clean, sanitised, and well-presented
Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and care
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping areas and ensure carts are well-stocked and organised
Safely operate and manoeuvre housekeeping equipment and carts
Support overall housekeeping operations as required
Requirements:
