Turndown Attendant

• Perform evening turndown service with precision, care, and an eye for detail
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms
• Ensure operational efficiency while meeting daily service timelines
• Maintain and handle housekeeping equipment with care and responsibility
• Build warm, personalised connections with guests through thoughtful, anticipatory service

• Experience as a Room Attendant or Turndown (Evening) Attendant in a 5-star hotel environment
• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
• Flexible and available to work evening shifts (5:00 pm – 9:00 pm)
• Ability to work independently and follow through on various guest and operational requests
• Self-driven, motivated, and proactive, with excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand English
• Must have valid working rights in Australia
• Passionate about delivering refined, attentive, and high-quality service
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong team spirit
• Adaptable and dependable in a dynamic work environment
