Job Description:

As a TUPE Coordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting smooth and compliant employee transfers into Atlas. Working closely with the TUPE Advisor, you will help ensure that all incoming employees experience a well-organised, accurate, and supportive transition. You will be responsible for collating, verifying, and maintaining Employee Liability Information (ELI), preparing documentation, managing the TUPE inbox, and supporting communications with both internal teams and transferring employees. You will also keep key spreadsheets, trackers, and databases up to date, ensuring that all information is accurate, timely, and aligned with UK employment legislation. In this role, you will work collaboratively with HR colleagues, payroll, and operational teams to keep transfers running smoothly. You will produce regular updates and status reports, help prepare standard letters and communications, and ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and securely. This is a role where attention to detail, organisation, and clear communication make a real difference. You will be central to ensuring Atlas upholds its values while delivering compliant, people-centred TUPE processes.
