As a TUI Rep, you’ll be at the heart of each guest’s journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. From the moment you join, you’ll play a key role in making every moment special - whether that’s offering a warm welcome, solving challenges, or sharing local knowledge to bring the destination to life. Your passion for great service and your ability to adapt will make a real difference to our guests - and help keep TUI a trusted name in travel.

Job Responsibility

  • Create special moments for our guests, make them feel welcome and happy, building a strong connection with each one
  • Engage with guests from around the world to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
  • Promote and sell our experiences effectively to match our products with guests’ preferences, aiming to exceed sales targets and boost revenue
  • Handle changes and challenging situations effectively to provide the best possible service to our guests
  • Collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners from all over the world and embrace our diverse TUI culture
  • Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates, as well as guest feedback
  • Celebrate successes in meeting sales and/or service targets, solving problems, and providing great service

Requirements

  • Vietnamese right to work
  • fluent in German
  • highly independent and self-motivated
  • comfortable working autonomously with minimal on-site support
  • passion for the travel industry and customer service
  • digital savviness
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • fully conversational in English and German
  • additional languages will be helpful
  • may need to hold a valid manual driving license depending on the role or languages spoken
