Job Description:

As a TUI Rep, you'll be at the heart of each guest's journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. You'll play a key role in making every moment special, offering warm welcomes, solving challenges, and sharing local knowledge. Key tasks include supporting guests, managing changes or challenging situations, collaborating with multicultural teams, and ensuring positive guest interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
engage with guests from around the world to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
effectively manage changes and challenging scenarios
ensure guests receive appropriate care and help
collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
solve problems and provide great service

Requirements:

EU passport
willing to relocate for the duration of the summer season
speak English and Polish
friendly and empathetic individual
quick learner
excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments
turning challenges into opportunities
communicate clearly and effectively
