Job Responsibility

  • Become the local expert, passionately showcasing the best of our destinations, including culture, history, and sustainability
  • Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs
  • Escort excursions in our destinations, providing engaging commentary, support, and service along the way
  • Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use the TUI App and website, ensuring a smooth booking journey
  • Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback
  • Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact while travelling

Requirements

  • EU passport
  • Polish or Czech plus English language skills
  • Driving license
  • Passion for travel, culture, and sustainability
  • Willingness to relocate for the summer season
