Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps. The role involves creating special moments for guests, engaging with them to identify needs, promoting and selling experiences, and collaborating with teams to provide excellent service.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests to identify needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively
Handle changes and challenging situations
Collaborate with colleagues and teams
Monitor progress with sales and service updates
Celebrate successes in meeting sales targets

Requirements:

Right to work in Dominican Republic
Speak English and German
Dedicated to making guests happy
Quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven
Ability to turn challenges into opportunities
Clear and effective communication
Hold a driving license

Nice to have:

Experience in tourism
